Privacy Policy for Visitors and Callers

Last updated: October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what Sitemet Tree Service ("we" or "us") does with information when you browse sitemet.property, call the phone number shown on this website or send us a form. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What We Gather

Some details come straight from you. When you call or fill out a form, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, location and notes about your tree or property.

Other details are picked up automatically as you use the site. These can include your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you open and when you visited. Calls to the number on this website may be tracked, and some may be recorded, for quality and billing purposes.

Why We Use It

We use your information to:

• Match you with an independent tree removal provider in your area
• Pass your request details to that provider so they can reach out and set up a visit
• Reply to your questions and messages
• See how people use this website and our phone lines
• Make our website and service better
• Meet legal duties and guard against fraud or misuse

Who Receives It

Sitemet Tree Service is a referral service. When you ask for help, we send your contact details and request information to one or more independent providers or marketing partners so they can get in touch. These providers are separate businesses, and each has its own privacy practices.

We may also share information with companies that help run this website and our phone systems, such as hosting, analytics and call-tracking services. We may release information when the law requires it or when we need to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some laws count sharing with marketing partners as a sale or a share. Where those laws apply, you may have the right to opt out.

Cookies and Analytics

This website may use cookies and similar tools to learn how visitors move through it. You can control cookies in your browser settings. Turning them off may change how some parts of the site work.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may be able to see, correct or delete your personal information, or opt out of certain sharing. To make a request, email contact@sitemet.property. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we act on it.

Keeping Data Safe and How Long We Hold It

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no way of sending or storing data is completely secure. We hold information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires.

Children

This website is not meant for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Updates to This Policy

We may revise this policy now and then. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
